CO2 laser tubes with long-life 6000 hours,  enhanced type have beeen researched and developed by our company for three years and brought formally into operation in October, 2011.  The highest power of a single laser tube can be up to 180W. These laser tubes’ luminous performance is stable. Catalyst plated on the discharging tube makes the laser tube greatly prolong its working lifespan.  Compared to similar products, our laser tubes have advantages of small size, good spot mode and fast cutting speed so as to make our customers experience the high performance-to-price ratio of products.

1.Stability: The discharge tubes are made of the glass tubes which are imported from Germany. good laser beam quality, mode up to TEM00, stable power are excellent in performance-to-price ratio for industrial application.

2.Power: The power of the laser tubes is higher 30% than the one of ordinary laser tubes with the same length.

3.Longlifetime: The catalyst plated in the discharge tube coordinates unique eletrode treatment technique to make discharge more stably and the working lifetime up to 6,000 hours, and ensures that the power of the laser tube has no attenuation during long time working.

1.Repair or change a new tube for free within the first 90 days after release date when lower than 80% of the rated power output on condition that users operate the tubes according to the requirements of  the instruction.

2.Repair for free from the 90th to the 180th days after release date when lower than 80% of the rated power output on condition that users operate  the tubes according to the requirements of the instruction.
